Our Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
