  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Currently, Sminski primarily ships to addresses within the United States.
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at [email protected] before placing your order. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and advise on feasibility and potential additional costs.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the 1-2 business day processing time.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days
    • Available for an additional cost, uses faster services like USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Express Saver.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days
    • Our fastest option, available for an additional cost, uses services like USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Standard Overnight.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Sminski is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.   • Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
